We offer a 90-day money back guarantee.
Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a "Return Authorization Number".
Return the item using a guaranteed service, insured for the purchase price.
Include your "Return Authorisation Number" and a copy of your delivery/packing slip or original invoice to expedite processing.
Goods Return Procedure
AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY
Delivery is by Australia Post, unless otherwise arranged by customer and agreed to by us.
POSTAL RATES are dependent on weight of order and is shown at time of purchase. We keep delivery charges to a minimum.
Deliveries are receipted and insured, and normally arrive within 4 to 6 working days.
You will be offered an International Shipping Option as you process your order via our website. Once you have processed your order, you will be sent a confirmation of of receipt via email, and shortly after contacted either by phone or email, and given the option to Australian International Shipping Charges or to arrange preferred and agreed shipping method.
Please select the International Shipping Option.
All goods are dispatched on confirmation of payment and agreed shipping.
|1. We are experienced and equipped to examine and determine genuine faults.
||2. Mistreated or tampered with items, will be assessed on that experience and returned on that basis.|
|3. Mistreated or tampered with items will not be exchanged or refunded but instead sent back to the customer via Australia post by (ATP) addressee to pay.
||4. Should the item have a genuine fault... if both parties agree, we can:|
REPAIR OR REFURBISH THE ITEM TO AS NEW CONDITION or REPLACE THE ITEM WITH A NEW ITEM or REFUND THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE, not including freight or other charges paid by the customer at the time of the original purchase.
|5. The freight for genuinely faulty items is paid by us.
Customer damaged or tampered with items will not be accepted as exchangeable or refundable.
||6. If you simply change your mind or don't like the product on sighting and wish to send the product back for any reason, you must include a signed hand written letter of explanation, incurring charges for the freight as this is your choice to do so and not our obligation.|
|7. Refunds will be made immediately, upon examination of the item.
||8. Return to customer shipping charges on goods found to be non-warranted are the responsibility of the customer.|
